In that meme of foods one should try, Criollo chocolate was number 90 on the list. I had already eaten some, and so did some of you at my Chocolate Party a couple of Easters ago (which I don't appear to have blogged). Now I have some more, a whole big bar - thank you
major_clanger! - and am reminded just how good it is. My first thought on eating it, after a long time just eating bitter dark dark chocolate, was "Ooh! It's like chocolate, but with a flavour!"
In less sophisticated Bridgetty chocolate news, I have found a new off-the-shelf non-dairy product - Princess Little Delights Chocolate Creams, fruit and mint flavour. The fruit ones are only a bit horrid, and had bloom on them; the mint creams are past their best before date and I've not tried them yet. Ah well. You know the Princess brand though, they make the marshmallows.
